Description

The ULTRAObjective is an extremely compact SPM that is adapted to fit almost any optical microscope. This combination allows you to first navigate the specimen and select a region of interest optically. Then, you switch to the ULTRAObjective for investigating the specimen with a variety of different AFM/SPM modes.
